Hello, my name is George.
Today my dad and I are going to bathe my grandpa.
This is how the story of George and Georgia begins.
Grandpa wants to make himself pretty because he's arranging a surprise party for grandma to celebrate their 50th anniversary together.
George, Georgia and their parents are planning the party secretly; in the meanwhile, they tell their everyday life, composed of big and little mutual care.
Dad bathes grandpa; grandma and George bake biscuits for the afternoon snack, while they're waiting for Georgia to come back from the football match; mum arrives late home after work and cuddles them; dad comes back earlier in the afternoon and blows up the balloons with great effort.
Simple and rhythmic sentences are used to face the theme of everyday care, with a story in which every member of the family contributes to the common well-being and in which grandparents, the old people, are an essential and active part who do not neglect their private and sentimental life.
